Introduction:

The working principle of the armature shaft is to generate a torque through the force of the current, and then drive the motor to operate.

The armature is the part of a motor with a coil in it. When a current passes through it, generates a magnetic field inside the armature. This magnetic field interacts with other magnetic fields, produces a moment, which drives the motor.

Specifically, when current flows through the armature, creates a magnetic field around the armature. If a permanent magnet is placed near the armature or a magnetic field is generated by an external current, the magnetic field of the armature interacts with the external magnetic field. Because of the difference in the magnetic fields of the two, will produce a moment, makes the armature produce a rotating force. The magnitude of this torque is related to the strength of the current, the strength of the magnetic field and the geometry of the armature. By changing the current, the strength of the magnetic field, or the shape of the armature, can control the speed and steering of the motor.
